Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
a pinch each of cinnamon and salt
1 cup ice.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
