Miss Universe Catriona Gray Collaborates With Frontrow Cares To Reach Out To Children In Gentle Hand

Cheers, Pilipinas! The stars aligned for us, yet again, as the holidays were brightened up by the Miss Universe organization. Apart from our very own Catriona Gray taking home the most coveted crown from the most prestigious pageant of all time, the Philippines was (once more, just like 2017) the first stop of the reigning Miss Universe together with Miss Universe representatives. Another collaboration with FRONTROW International through their foundation FRONTROW Cares.

Queen Catriona touched down at Platinum Skies Aviation hangar on December 20, 2018 where she had a quick chat with the media before she was escorted to her hotel. This was followed by an early morning press-con on December 21 at the Shangri-la Hotel, BGC, where Catriona shared her views and intentions on paying it forward and making a difference, especially in the lives of children. “I really believe in education and in investing on children. It may not have a quick turn around, but it really does shape up the lives of kids – turning them into good character, moralled adults. And that will carry our generation forward,” shared Catriona.

Indeed, a living example of beauty from the inside out, Catriona won the heart of the Universe (after stealing our attention because of her drop dead gorgeous looks and much talked about Lava Walk) with her pageant answer which expresses her devotion to less-privileged children in Tondo. A faithful advocate of Young Focus – an organization which gives underprivileged children from Smokey Mountain the chance to an education – the beauty queen also looks forward to spreading love to different institutions that serve the same cause.

Through the recent collaboration between Miss Universe and FRONTROW Cares, Catriona was able to carry out her mission immediately for Gentle Hands Inc. Right after the press-con on the morning of December 21, Catriona and FRONTROW Company President RS Francisco fled to the orphanage in Cubao to distribute toys to the children and to impart a donation of P1,000,000.

“We’ve been blessed and we want to share our blessings to more charities and organizations, and that’s what we intend to do with Catriona’s power and voice,” remarked FRONTROW’s RS Francisco, whom after the remarkable success of charity ventures M. Butterfly (hailed Best Play at the 2018 Aliw Awards) and FRONTROW Cares music fest, is all the more inspired to pursue further projects for the benefit of underprivileged, abused and sick Filipinos.
