Green Protein Power Smoothie

If you haven’t tried adding nuts to your smoothies, today is the day to start. Here’s a recipe to try to get your taste buds going, yet feel free to experiment with different nuts and to recreate some of your favorite treats in smoothie form.


Ingredients:

1 frozen banana2 tablespoons-fulls of almonds1 handful baby spinach1 tablespoon raw honey1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder1 waterIceInstructionsPlace all ingredients into a blender.Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
